What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and a securely hashed password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase). As you use the question bank we record which questions you have attempted and whether your answers were correct, so we can show your progress.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe holds a customer record and your subscription status; we store only a Stripe customer reference and your current access level.

Who we share it with

We use Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Google Analytics (anonymous usage statistics) as data processors. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage. Essential cookies keep you signed in and are required for the site to work, so they are always on. We also use Google Analytics (the _ga / _gid cookies) to understand how the site is used — these are optional and off by default. They only load if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time via Cookie preferences in the footer. We also store a little information in your browser (such as your mock-test history) to power features on the site; this stays on your device.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access or delete your personal data at any time. Email stemsimpletutoring@outlook.com and we will action it.
